National Growing Experiment 2009 About In 2009 we launched a national growing experiment with four schools (involved in our Sowing the Seed projects), Capel Manor College and 25 GGA members spread around the country. All growing the same variety of carrots from either non-organic or organic seed or testing no-dig methods against digging we shall be testing them for health. As each group will have a comparison to test from their own gardens they will be sending samples to GGA but also conducting their own taste testing sessions with families and friends.
