Most people agree that organic food is better for you because it does not contain harmful chemicals, but what about the essential nutrients?

There is no guarantee that these will be there in sufficient content or quality. As the demand for cheaper organic food increases through supermarket pressures, its nutritional qualities may potentially decrease. The GGA takes up the challenge of determining acceptable values for essential nutrients in our food that are known to provide health and vitality.
